Qualification:- i) Matriculation OR its equivalent from a recognized University/ Board with Hindi/Sanskrit as a compulsory subject.
ii) Certificate in General Nursing & Midwifery from a recognized institution OR equivalent
qualification from an institution recognized by the Indian Nursing Council
OR
Any recognized higher qualification (B. Sc./ M. Sc. Nursing)
iii) Should be registered A- Grade Nurse and Midwife with Haryana Nurses Registration Council.
Pay Scale: Rs.9300-34800 +4200 Grade Pay
Age Limitation :18-40 years
How to Apply : The prescribed application form can be obtained from the HDFC Bank, opp. Celebration Banquet Hall Rohtak on cash payment of Rs.400/-for General Category and Rs.200/- for reserved category candidates at the counter or it can be down loaded from the website www. uhsr.ac.in and www. pgimsrohtak.nic.in. and send the down loaded form by enclosing a crossed demand Draft/Indian postal orders worth Rs. 400/-for General category and Rs. 200/- for Reserved Categories in the name of Controller of Finance, Pt. B. D. Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak If the form is required by post, a self-addressed envelope (23x10 cm) duly affixed with postal stamps of Rs.40/-may be sent alongwith request & with the above fees.
