FMGE Screening Test 2013 - National Board of Examinations FMGE Screening Test also known as FMGE screening test is conducted by NBE. This test is compulsory to be qualified by an Indian citizen possessing a primary medical qualification awarded by any medical institution outside India who is desirous of getting provisional or permanent registration with the Medical Council of India or State Medical Council. The eligibility of the candidate shall be governed by the Screening Test Regulations, Eligibility Certificate Regulations, judgement(s) of Hon'ble Supreme Court/ High Court issued from time to time.
